Persuant to regulation 31 of the Electricity (Low Fixed Charge Tariff Option for Domestic Customers) regulations 2004,  this is the exemption document issued to Pulse Energy on 18 February 2015 by the Minister for Energy and Resources, the Hon Simon Bridges.
