If you cancel your online billing or do not register for My Account, you won’t receive the additional entry into the Power Draw each month. You’ll receive one entry for being a customer and additional entries for every year you’ve been a customer.
If you are a winner you will be notified on your bill the following month, including the credit amount. You’ll also receive an email or SMS (depending on the contact details we have on file for you - you can keep your contact details up-to-date on My Account).
You get one entry into the Power Draw per active residential account each month. For example, if you have two residential accounts, you will receive two entries.
Yes! As long as you remain a customer with us, you’ll be automatically entered into the Power Draw each month.
Online Billing is when you receive your bills via email.
You can register for Online Billing through My Account by selecting 'Email' as your preferred communication method: Sign in to My Account > My Details > Communication Preferences > set to 'Email' > Save.
