If you cancel your Broadband with us within the first 24 months, the cost of your plan for your first month will be reversed and added to your final bill. If you request a Pulse Energy Modem and leave within 24 months, you will be required to pay a $170 Modem Fee. No plan changes permitted under this promotion.
