1. $180 Joining Credit Off Your First Power Bill (Online Only offer)
This promotion commences from 1 July 2026 and ends on 31 August 2026.
1.1 The $180 Joining Credit Off Your First Power Bill is available to new residential Pulse Energy customers only who sign up for their electricity to Pulse Energy and mention the promotional code '180OFF’, between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026.
1.2 You will not be eligible to receive the $180 joining credit if you or anyone else residing at your property has received a credit for joining Pulse Energy within the last 12 months.
1.3 When signing up, the promotional code ‘180OFF’ must be entered when completing the sign-up form at signup.pulseenergy.co.nz/promo=180OFF or mentioned to an agent on the phone.
1.4 If the sign-up application is successful, then the $180 (incl GST) credit will be applied to your first Pulse Energy bill once your services are active and billing has commenced.
1.5 If you terminate or switch away from Pulse Energy within 12 months of becoming a customer, then the $180 credit will be added to your final bill. This means if you leave within 12 months, the $180 credit will be charged back to you.
1.6 This offer is based on a 12-month minimum term.
1.7 This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or credits. It is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
1.8 Only one promotional offer can be applied per account or household.

2. Bundle Your Power And Broadband And Receive A $180 Joining Credit On Your First Power Bill and Two Months’ Free Broadband (Online Only offer)
This promotion commences from 1 July 2026 and ends on 31 August 2026.
2.1 The $180 Joining Credit Off Your First Power Bill and Two Months' Free Broadband is available to new residential Pulse Energy customers only who sign up for their electricity and broadband to Pulse Energy and mention the promotional code ‘BUNDLE180’, between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026.
2.2 Broadband is only available alongside an active Pulse Energy electricity account.
2.3 You will not be eligible to receive the $180 Joining Credit Off Your First Power Bill and Two Months' Free Broadband if you or anyone else residing at your property has received a credit for joining Pulse Energy within the last 12 months.
2.4 When signing up, the promotional code ‘BUNDLE180’ must be entered when completing the sign-up form at signup.pulseenergy.co.nz/bundle180 or mentioned to an agent on the phone.

2.6 The $180 electricity credit is based on a 12-month term. If you leave Pulse Energy electricity within 12 months, the $180 credit will be added to your final bill.
The two months’ free broadband offer is based on a 24-month term. Broadband is only available with an active Pulse Energy electricity account, so if your electricity account is cancelled, your broadband account will also be cancelled. If your broadband ends within 24 months, the value of the two months’ free broadband will be added to your final bill.
2.7 Only one promotional offer can be applied per account or household.

3. Receive Two Month's Free Broadband
This promotion commences from 5 March 2025 and ends on 31 August 2026.
3.1 The Two Months’ Free Broadband offer is available to existing residential Pulse Energy customers only who add broadband to their Pulse Energy electricity account online, between 5 March 2025 and 31 August 2026.
3.2 This offer is based on a 24-month minimum term.
3.3 Broadband is an add-on product only. You will not be eligible to receive this offer if you are not an electricity customer with Pulse Energy.
3.4 If you cancel your electricity account, your broadband account will be cancelled. Termination fees may apply.
3.5 If the sign-up application succeeds, the value of two months’ broadband (based on your selected plan) will be credited across your next two Pulse Energy bills once billing has commenced.
3.6 Offer is subject to a satisfactory credit check, proof of occupancy and metering check.
3.7 If you terminate or switch away your broadband from Pulse Energy within 24 months of adding broadband to your account, then the cost of your two months' free broadband will be added to your final bill. This means if you leave within 24 months, the value of the broadband offer will be charged back to you.
3.8 If you request a Pulse Energy Modem and leave within 24 months, you will be required to pay a $170 Modem Fee.
