Remote Working
In March, following the Prime Ministers announcement of a Level 4 lockdown, our team set up remote working within 24 hours. Delivering exceptional customer service is important to us. We were delighted our team adapted quickly and we maintained our service levels during this challenging time.
Pay it Forward Programme
During lockdown, we reached out to our customers to get some feedback about how we could collectively work together to provide support to families experiencing energy hardship. Together, we came up with our Pay it Forward Programme. Since the launch of the Pay it Forward Programme, we have had an amazing response from our customers, with many signing up to contribute as little as $2 per month.
As of November 2020, together we have raised $184,294 for the Pay it Forward Programme. We are so pleased by the response we have received, and we are excited to continue doing our part to support Kiwi families. Customer Support Hub
It’s really important to us that our customers feel like they are looked after. That’s why we created our Customer Support Hub.

The Power behind South Island Super Rugby
Pulse Energy has teamed up with the Crusaders and Highlanders in a new partnership that will see Pulse Energy power both South Island Super Rugby sides in 2021.
This partnership is a continuation of our relationship with the Highlanders, who are joined by the Crusaders to give back to communities throughout their respective regions.
With closely aligned values and South Island roots, a partnership with both the Highlanders and Crusaders Super Rugby sides is a natural fit for Pulse, and we are so pleased to be the power behind South Island Super Rugby!
