Below is some important information about your account with us.
Network Services charges
As a customer with us, we commit to flow through your electricity Network Services charges with no mark-up1. Your Network Services charges are charged to us by your local lines company for the use of their lines, which is detailed on your bill.
If you received a letter or email in May that notified you of changes to your Network Services charges, these will come into effect on 1 July 2022.
Changes to Your Plan
Your new rates will come into effect on 1 April 2022. As part of your plan, we commit to flowing through Network Services Charges with no markup1. From 1 April 2022, the Network Services Charges for your property may go up, down or remain the same depending on where you live in the country.
If you are within your Price Protection period, your Energy Rate will remain the same from 1 April 2022.
Your rates are available to view at any time on the back of your bill. To see the new rates that will come into effect from 1 April 2022, enter your Account Number in the form below.
Any applicable changes to Network Services or Energy Charges will be available to view through the form below from 1 March 2022.
Changes to your payment period
From 1 April 2022, the payment period will reduce from 18 to 14 days. If you pay by Direct Debit, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account. If you pay by Automatic Payment, you may need to amend the payment due date and check you have sufficient funds in your account on the new due date.
Change to Electricity Metering or Inspection call out fee
Please note from 1 April 2022, the fee for an Electricity Metering or Inspection call out will now be quoted per visit. This includes meter change, relocation, inspection and testing.

Price Plan Changes
It is not practical to flow through the per kWh Network charges for all networks. For some networks, Network Services charges will be calculated using published prices and other assumptions that allow us to recover network charges across our customer base on your network.
