Score Big for Your Classroom Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to anyone who enters the Score Big for Your Classroom with Pulse Energy and Highlanders giveaway.
These terms apply in addition to the Pulse Energy Residential Agreement which may be amended from time to time which can be found at: pulseenergy.co.nz/terms

This promotion commences at 9am on Monday 7 April 2025 and closes at 5pm on Friday 2 May 2025 (Promotion Period).
The Promoter (Pulse Energy) reserve the right to delay, shorten, extend or otherwise amend the duration of the Promotion Period without notice.

Nominations (Entry) to Score Big for Your Classroom with the Highlanders (the Prize Draw) is open to New Zealand residents who are submitting an application on behalf of a classroom located in Dunedin, New Zealand, complete the form here and agree to the terms and conditions of entry.
This promotion commences at 9am on Monday 7 April 2025 and closes at 5pm on Friday 2 May 2025 (Promotion Period).
You must be over 18 years of age to nominate a classroom.
You can nominate a classroom once only. Multiple, incomplete, indecipherable or illegible nominations (as determined by Pulse Energy) will be deemed invalid.
Each nomination, which is valid and submitted correctly during the Promotion Period, will be entered into the Prize Draw.
By nominating a classroom and completing the form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Pulse Energy reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of nominations and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Pulse Energy takes no responsibility for any lost, late or illegible nominations, incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions or any other error or malfunction.

There will be one (1) prize winner (classroom) only.
The winner will receive a visit from the Highlanders to their nominated classroom for 40 minutes. The classroom must be located in Dunedin, New Zealand.
The Prize will take place on Friday 23 May 2025 between 10am - 11am.
The Prize is not transferable nor redeemable for cash.
The Prize Draw will be conducted by random draw on or about 4 May 2025 and Pulse Energy will endeavour to notify the winner using the contact details supplied in the entry form as soon as practicable following the Prize Draw.
Where attempts to contact the winner fail (e.g. when the winner cannot be contacted by phone after three attempts) or the winner is unable to accept or receive the prize, Pulse Energy may in its sole discretion select another winner. Pulse Energy’s determination of the Winner will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Winner must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be reasonably required by Pulse Energy, including the use of the Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice may be used in any publicity material in any media.
You acknowledge and agree that we may use any photos or videos captured on the day for promotional and marketing purposes.

Pulse Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions from time to time or declare individual entries invalid, if it has reasonable cause to believe that the competition has been compromised in any way.
Pulse Energy will collect and hold personal information about you, which will be used to enable you to participate in the Prize Draw, to enable Pulse Energy to administer the Prize Draw, to contact you for potential prize notification, for marketing and promotional purposes and to inform you about relevant electricity offers. Your personal information will be held by Pulse Energy in accordance with their Privacy Policy which can be found at pulseenergy.co.nz/privacy-policy/. You may access and request the correction of any of the personal information we hold about you.
