The Great NZ Energy Survey is run by Pulse Energy every couple of years to learn more about consumer interests and trends.

The survey is a chance to tell us what matters most to you when powering your home.

We last ran the Great Energy Survey between November 2020 - March 2021. We spoke with thousands of electricity customers to get their views on power usage, the energy industry and what the future of electricity might look like. 50% of people who completed the last survey said they would prefer a bundle deal for power and broadband. So, Pulse Energy now offers broadband as a supplementary product to existing customers.

Other key results were around customer experience, electric cars, freedom, and flexibility with power plans in the future.
