Application: 

• These terms and conditions apply to anyone who enters the WIN the Ultimate Rugby Experience with Pulse Energy and Highlanders giveaway. 
• These terms apply in addition to the Pulse Energy Residential Agreement which may be amended from time to time which can be found at: pulseenergy.co.nz/terms

Promotion Period

• This promotion commences at 9am on Monday 9 February 2026 and closes at 11pm on Tuesday 31 March 2026 (Promotion Period).
• The Promoter (Pulse Energy) reserve the right to delay, shorten, extend or otherwise amend the duration of the Promotion Period without notice.

Conditions of Eligibility

• Entry to win the ultimate trip to watch the Highlanders vs Waratahs in Dunedin (the Prize Draw) is open to New Zealand residents who complete the Entry Form at: https://pulseenergy.co.nz/win-a-rugby-trip-highlanders and agree to the terms and conditions of entry.
• You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
• You can enter the Prize Draw once only and must enter for yourself exclusively and not on behalf of any other person. Multiple, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries (as determined by Pulse Energy) will be deemed invalid.
• Each entry, which is valid and submitted correctly during the Promotion Period, will be entered into the Prize Draw.
• By entering the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Employees of Pulse Energy, their immediate families, and employees of any agencies connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the prize draw are ineligible to enter.
• Pulse Energy reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
• Pulse Energy takes no responsibility for any lost, late, or illegible entries, incorrect entry information, human error, technical malfunctions or any other error or malfunction.
• Incomplete, illegible and incorrect entries or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
• Any Eligible Entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.

Prize Draw

The Winner will receive one prize as part of the Promotion ("Prize”), with an estimated price pool of NZD $4,000, which includes:

• Return flights for 2 individuals from the Destination (Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch) departing on Friday 8 May 2026 from the Destination (Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch) and returning from Dunedin on Sunday 10 May 2026 (Details of the flights will be provided to the Winner on or before 17 April 2026).
• 2 nights' accommodation (including breakfast) at The Victoria Hotel Dunedin on Friday 8 May 2026 and 9 May 2026.
• 2 x Corporate Box tickets to the Highlanders vs Waratahs game on Saturday 9 May 2026 at 4:35 pm NZST at Forsyth Barr Stadium.
• A Highlanders merchandise pack. 
• The Prize Draw will take place on or before 3 April 2026 by random selection.
• The winner will be contacted directly by Pulse Energy using the details provided in the entry form.
• Corporate box access is subject to Forsyth Barr Stadium terms of entry and the Highlanders’ event conditions.
  
• The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to comply with all conditions of use of the Prize and all requirements of the Promoters. Prize values are based on recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST), and the Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in value prior to redemption.
• If the Winner does not take any element of the Prize at the time specified by the Promoters, that element will be forfeited and no cash or substitute prize will be provided. Where the forfeiture of an element affects the Winner’s ability to participate in other elements of the Prize, those elements may also be forfeited. All costs not expressly included in the Prize, including but not limited to spending money, transfers, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage and ancillary expenses, are the responsibility of the Winner.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Winner and any travelling companion must travel together on the same carrier and are responsible for obtaining all required travel insurance, passports, visas and other documentation. Any alterations or extensions to travel arrangements must be approved in advance by the Promoters and will be at the expense of the Winner and/or travelling companion. The Promoters are not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of the Prize, or for events beyond their reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters or government restrictions, and any resulting costs will be borne by the Winner and/or travelling companion.
• The Winner is responsible for ensuring they and any travelling companion are fit to travel, comply with all health and government requirements, and have obtained any necessary immunisations or health checks. Once the Prize leaves the Promoters’ premises, the Promoters accept no responsibility for loss, damage or delay in transit. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or similar value if the Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.
• The Promoters may, in their absolute discretion, refuse a Winner’s participation in any aspect of the Prize if they determine the Winner is not in the mental or physical condition required to safely participate. As a condition of accepting or taking the Prize, the Winner may be required to sign legal releases or other documents relating to eligibility, ownership of entry and compliance with these terms, in a form determined by the Promoters.
• If the Winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after reasonable attempts, the Prize will be forfeited, and Pulse Energy reserves the right to conduct a redraw to select a new winner.

Winner Requirements

• The Winner must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be reasonably required by Pulse Energy, including the use of the Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice may be used in any publicity material in any media.

General Terms

• Pulse Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions from time to time or declare individual entries invalid, if it has reasonable cause to believe that the competition has been compromised in any way.
• Pulse Energy will collect and hold personal information about you. Pulse Energy will use your information to enable you to participate in the Prize Draw, to administer the Prize Draw, to contact you for potential prize notification, for marketing and promotional purposes and to inform you about relevant electricity offers. Your personal information will be held by Pulse Energy in accordance with their Privacy Policy which can be found at pulseenergy.co.nz/privacy-policy/. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising from participation in the Prize Draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

 This is a Pulse Energy promotion. The Highlanders are not liable for this promotion.
