Application: 

• These terms and conditions apply to anyone who enters the WIN the Ultimate Rugby Experience with Pulse Energy and Highlanders giveaway. 
• These terms apply in addition to the Pulse Energy Residential Agreement which may be amended from time to time which can be found at: pulseenergy.co.nz/terms

Promotion Period

• This promotion commences at 9am on Monday 3 March 2025 and closes at 5pm on Friday 25 April 2025 (Promotion Period).
• The Promoter (Pulse Energy) reserve the right to delay, shorten, extend or otherwise amend the duration of the Promotion Period without notice.

Conditions of Eligibility

• Entry to Win the ultimate trip to watch the Highlanders vs Chiefs in Dunedin (the Prize Draw) is open to New Zealand residents who complete the Entry Form at: https://www.campaignware.com/highlanders/pulseenergy125 and agree to the terms and conditions of entry.
• You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
• You can enter the prize draw once only and must enter for yourself exclusively and not on behalf of any other person. Multiple, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries (as determined by Pulse Energy) will be deemed invalid.
• Each entry, which is valid and submitted correctly during the Promotion Period, will be entered into the Prize Draw.
• By entering the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Employees of Pulse Energy, their immediate families, and employees of any agencies connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the prize draw are ineligible to enter.
• Pulse Energy reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
• Pulse Energy takes no responsibility for any lost, late, or illegible entries, incorrect entry information, human error, technical malfunctions or any other error or malfunction.
• Incomplete, illegible and incorrect entries or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
• Any Eligible Entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.

Prize Draw

• There will be one (1) prize winner (Winner) only.
• The Prize Draw will be conducted by random draw on or about 28 April 2025.
• The selection of the Winner in this Promotion is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Winner will be contacted in writing by Pulse Energy on or about 28 April 2025 using the email address provided on the Entry Form.
• The Winner will receive one prize as part of the Promotion ("Prize”), with an estimated price pool of NZD $4,000 which includes:
  • Return flights for 2 individuals from the Destination (Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch) departing on Friday 30 May 2025 from Destination (Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch) and returning from Dunedin on 1 June 2025 (Details of the flights will be provided to the Winner on or before Friday 9 May 2025).
  • 2 nights' accommodation (including breakfast) at the Kingsgate Hotel Dunedin, on 30 May 2025 and 31 May 2025. (Details of the accommodation will be provided to the Winner on or before Friday 9 May 2025).
  • 2 x Corporate Lounge tickets to the Highlanders vs Chiefs game on Friday 30 May 2025 at 7:05 pm NZST at Forsyth Barr Stadium
  • Airport transfer to hotel
  • 1 x Highlanders Jersey
• The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or other prizes. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion.
• It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and each Promoter’s requirements.
• Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoters accept no responsibility for any change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
• In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a Winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoters, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash (or any substitute prize) will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize. If the forfeited element of the Prize impacts the ability of the Winner to accept any other elements of the Prize, such other elements of the Prize may be forfeited as a result.
• All costs associated with any part of the Prize which are not expressly listed, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, additional transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the Winner.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Winner and any travelling companion must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The Winner and travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location (including any passports and visas). Any alteration or extension must be approved in advance by the Promoters and will be at the expense of the Winner and/or travelling companion.
• The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of the Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the Winner or any travelling companion will be the responsibility of the Winner and/or travelling companion. The Winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion are fit to travel, comply with any health or government requirements and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize.
• Once the Prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoters take no responsibility for the Prize being damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
• The Promoters reserve their right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equal or similar value, in the event that, the Prize is not available due to circumstances outside of either Promoter’s control.
• The Promoters reserve the right to refuse to allow a Winner to take part in any or all aspects of the Prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a Winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the Prize. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by either Promoter in their absolute discretion.
• It is a condition of taking the Prize that the Winner must, if requested to do so by either the Promoter, sign and return documents relating to their eligibility to enter (including ownership of entry), statement of compliance with relevant terms and conditions, any relevant legal documents, and/or a release of either or both Promoter's liability in taking the Prize.

Winner Requirements

• The Winner must be available for the preparation of all publicity that may be reasonably required by Pulse Energy, including the use of the Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice may be used in any publicity material in any media.

General Terms

• Pulse Energy reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions from time to time or declare individual entries invalid, if it has reasonable cause to believe that the competition has been compromised in any way.
• The Highlanders will collect and hold personal information about you and will share this information with Pulse Energy. Pulse Energy will use your information to enable you to participate in the Prize Draw, to administer the Prize Draw, to contact you for potential prize notification, for marketing and promotional purposes and to inform you about relevant electricity offers. Your personal information will be held by Pulse Energy in accordance with their Privacy Policy which can be found at pulseenergy.co.nz/privacy-policy/.
