We’ve teamed up with Brightr to help eligible Pulse Energy Alliance LP homeowners in the Whangārei region add insulation to their home at no cost.*
If you're eligible for the Government’s Warmer Kiwi Homes grant, Pulse Energy may cover any remaining eligible costs. This means your insulation could be fully funded, subject to eligibility and property assessment.
In some cases, additional work may be required for installation to proceed. Any costs outside the approved insulation scope would need to be paid directly to Brightr.
1. About this offer
Pulse Energy Alliance LP (Pulse Energy) has partnered with InZone Industries Holdings Limited (Brightr) to help eligible customers in the Whangārei region add ceiling and/or underfloor insulation to their homes.

Pulse Energy may contribute toward eligible insulation costs not covered by the Warmer Kiwi Homes grant .

Brightr is responsible for all eligibility assessments, supply, installation, and service delivery.

Your contract for insulation services is directly with Brightr, and Brightr’s Terms & Conditions of Sale apply.

Pulse Energy does not supply or install insulation.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:

Be a current customer of Pulse Energy, Grey Power Electricity, or Just Energy

Own the home where the insulation will be installed (or meet authority requirements under Brightr’s terms)

Be located in Whangārei or surrounding areas (approximately within 1.5 hours’ travel)
-
Meet the Warmer Kiwi Homes grant criteria, as assessed by Brightr
-
Provide a valid Pulse Energy, Grey Power Electricity or Just Energy Account Number to confirm eligibility
Eligibility is subject to approval by Pulse Energy and Brightr and does not guarantee funding.
3. What’s included
This offer is designed to help reduce or remove your contribution toward eligible insulation costs.

It applies only to ceiling and/or underfloor insulation (where required)

It can only be used toward insulation costs
-
Is not redeemable for cash or credit
-
It cannot be transferred to another person or property
This offer does not cover additional or related work, including (but not limited to): remedial building work, electrical upgrades, pest treatment, moisture issues, hazardous material removal, or access-related costs.
Any additional costs outside the approved scope must be paid directly to Brightr.
4. How funding works
Funding depends on your location and Warmer Kiwi Homes grant level:

In 90% grant areas, Pulse Energy may cover the remaining 10%, meaning insulation may be fully funded.

In 80% grant areas, Brightr may contribute up to 10%, and Pulse Energy may contribute a further 10%. This means eligible customers may still receive full funding.
Full funding is not guaranteed and depends on eligibility, property assessment, and available funding. Eligibility and funding confirmation will be provided before any work begins.
5. Funding availability

Available from <DATE> until funding is fully allocated.

Funding is limited and subject to availability.

Support is allocated on a first confirmed basis once eligibility is approved, the scope of work is agreed, and funding is confirmed in writing.

If available funding is exhausted before eligibility and funding are confirmed, no contribution will be provided.

Pulse Energy may amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time.

7. Assessment and installation
Brightr manages all customer contact, assessments, and installation.
Indicative timeframes (subject to availability):

Initial contact within 5 business days

Assessment within 10 business days

Installation typically within 30 business days
Pulse Energy is not responsible for delays or service delivery by Brightr.
8. Information accuracy and verification
You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Pulse Energy may withdraw funding if eligibility criteria are not met, or information is incomplete or incorrect.
9. Privacy
By applying, you agree that:

You are sharing your personal information directly to Brightr to assess eligibility and arrange installation

Pulse Energy may confirm that you’re a customer as part of administering this offer

Pulse Energy handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Pulse Energy’s role is limited to contributing toward eligible insulation costs.

Brightr is responsible for all services, including assessment, installation, and warranties

Any issues with installation or workmanship must be raised with Brightr
To the extent permitted by law, Pulse Energy’s liability is limited to the value of the approved contribution.
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected
11. Complaints

Pulse Energy is not responsible for Brightr’s assessments, installation services, workmanship, or any disputes arising from those services. For installation or service issues, contact Brightr
